31. Top Pot Deliciousness at Home

A few years ago, we spent the summer living in Seattle when we discovered Top Pot Doughnuts. I've already blogged about Top Pot a few times in the past, but now they have their own cookbook. We can now [in theory] make their doughnuts at home. Perfect gift for that friend who enjoys highly involved projects and hobbies. Examples include woodworking, beer making, canning, etc.
