Chocolate Molten Cake...surprisingly easy

I had a craving for chocolate molten cake last night so I decided to try out this recipe from Everyday Food. I'm pretty sure I tried this a few years ago with lackluster results, but this time I had great success. Adam even said, "one of your best desserts."
