Tini Food Bar

We zipped down to Providence on Saturday to see some friends. We' haven't had much luck with weather for our Ziptrips lately, lots of torrential rain which is no fun. Fortunately, we enjoyed some delicious food on our trip thanks to Adam's foresight and planning. Tini food bar in Providence is a teeny tiny space that serves teeny tiny food. It's tiny in size, but the food is big on taste. We left satisfied, but not stuffed.

Pink Lemondrop Martinis - refreshingly delicious, Adam ordered his own pink drink after tasting mine.
French Fries - topped with garlic mayo and hot sauce...nice and crispy
Teeny Hot Dog -housemade dog with chow chow relish
Pork Confit Tacos - a little greasy, but big on flavor
Mexican Meatballs - this was a special and the rice (instead of breadcrumbs) made for delicious meatballs
Icebox cake - rich, but not too sweet and not bitter either

Tillman's Roadhouse [Dallas]

Just got back from a fun work trip in Dallas. Good eats abound in that city. Thursday night we went to Tillman's Roadhouse for dinner and it was awesome. The decor was rustic meets refined, it reminds of Anthropologie. The food is amped up comfort food.

Trio of Fries - comes with homemade ketchup and mayo

Chicken Fried Hanger Steak - literally a steak breaded and fried. Holy Smokes!

Goat Cheese Tator Tots - PURE GENIUS and PURE DELICIOUSNESS

Tableside S'mores - homemade coffee, orange and maple marshmallows. Enough said!

Red Grapefruit Margarita - refreshing
