Easter Dinner

The Dority's graciously hosted an Easter dinner that included Adam, CadCowboy, Zerry and Zawrence. I made an asparagus tart from Martha Stewart FOOD that was very easy.
The Menu:

Pre Dinner Snack:
Ham Salad, Seafood Salad, Salmon Spread, Cheese & Crackers
Artichoke Ramekin with toasted bread
Asparagus Tart

Dinner:
Salad
Pork Loin
Mashed Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes
Asparagus and Oranges with a shallot sauce
Tapanade on Bread (laurel made the bread herself)

Dessert:
Orange Rum Cake, Ice Cream and Strawberries
