Earl Gray Latte

I recently discovered the idea of steeping tea in hot non-water liquids, revolutionary and delicious. I had the "Chaider" at Tealuxe a few weeks ago, chai tea steeped in hot apple cider. Yesterday, I enjoyed a "Earl Gray Latte," earl gray tea steeped in steamed milk. It was delicious, but I think kept me up last night. I guess we can steep tea in pretty much anything hot although I'm staying away from savory soups for now.
